We carry USDA Choice Beef, one of the highest graded pieces of beef on the market. Our ground beef is not packaged and shipped from halfway across the country like some other supermarkets. We ensure that all of our ground beef on sale has been ground fresh at our store daily.
You will get authentic meat, not contained in a salt solution like so many other meat providers. Instead, this gives you the chance to create culinary delights of your own with our natural beef, pork, and chicken.
Customizable Options
The new trend in the retail industry is offering pre-packaged meats. This “convenience” usually comes hand-in-hand with lower quality. We believe there is a better way.
No person or family is alike. Everyone’s tastes and needs are different. For this reason pre-packaged items do not work for everyone.
Fear not! Hi-Lo never has a problem splitting packages or accomplishing your special orders. If you do not see the cut you are looking for in our cases, we will always be happy to assist your needs.
